What should I feed a baby mourning dove?

My mom brought home two mourning dove eggs from her work. They were in a flower basket, so the other workers were just going to throw them out. So I candled them and they both have veins, I was worried that they wouldn't survive because it looked like the mother already started incubating them and they were a bit cold when she brought them home. Anyway, I candled them today and I saw something moving in one of them. So I would like to know ahead of time, what should I feed a baby dove? And how soon after they hatch should i feed them?

Thank you, I will have to get some of the Kaytee Exact formula.
Also do you know what day to stop turning the eggs? Is it just two days before it hatches like with chickens?
