What should I feed my mixed flock of ducks and chickens?

The Nutrena that you bought should be fine. It’s similar to the grower that I use, just a bit more protein. Which is probably close to what my birds wind up getting with the extras anyways.

Will an All Flock Raiser work for my ducks even off it has 20% protein?

Yes, it will. If you have a Southern States near you, they have a more diverse selection of all-flock feeds than TCS.

I also use grower feed when all-flock isn't available without issue. I don't have currently have ducks, only chickens, so I can't speak for what to do about the Niacin when using grower feed.
