What should I keep in this

So this might seem a bit random but I am fencing in the back corner of my lot
tomorrow, for my goats and my ducks/guineas I would like to put my fun/most tame, breeds of chicken that will come up to me and be petted rotten and my BIG layers in the runs so out of these breeds which ones would you put out free range and which ones would you keep in the runs for Big egg laying I have 5 light brahmas, 5 partridge rocks, 5 jersey giants, 5 araucanas, 4 mille fleurs, 4 buff orpingtons 2 RIR'S 1 polish, and 4 white lggerns. This is a photo of what I am fencing and about 30 foot behind and 40 foot left of the picture could not get it all in tell me what you think. BTW sorry for being random I am bored.

From the far side two corners of the run all the way to that pink house will be fenced

that's a very tough question, because each group of your breeds has a diffrent carecter, I honestly think, no one will be able to give you the right answer but you.
My chickens every single one of them has her own behavior, and the most jentle one is the buff orp.
