how can I help heal this spot on one of my girls?

Sprays like like Vetericyn, rooster booster spray, and other wound sprays are helpful. I'm not sure if antibiotic ointment would be good too, I'll see what others think. You could put a bandage on it especially if the others may peck it. Do you know what caused it? My hen is going through the same thing right now because of my roosters. Good luck!

The bare shoulder is from being mounted...
The feathers will not grow back until she molts.
You can put a Hen Saddle with Wings on her to help protect her skin and minimize feather loss.

Or you can separate out the rooster, likely he will not be happy and she may not be either and the bare spot will still be there until she molts.
