What should my next chicken breed be? (and where to get some)

Just decided to ask, in case I ordered more chickens. I have Buff Orps, RIR, New Hampshires, SLW, GLW, GL cochin, Blue Cochin, easter eggers, Barred Rocks, Black Australorps, White Leghorns, and a Delaware. What breed should I get. All I really want is a generally nice, calm bird. And I can tame pretty well. My leghorns are nice and calm, despite their reputation. I'll tell you what I've been considering: Jersey Giant (Black, Blue, and White), Orpingtons (Lavender, B/B/S, White), Wyandottes (BLR, Blue), Ameraucana (Silver Duckwing, Blue, Wheaten), Welsummer, Barnvelder, Speckled Sussex, and White Silkie Bantams. Is there anything else that might be a good idea for me? There probably isn't anything because I listed a lot of breeds.

I haven't had all the breeds in your list but Speckled Sussex and Orpingtons I've had have been super birds! My Wyandottes, less so. I've never had Silkies but I've heard nothing about good things about how friendly they are. Here's a chart you might like:
