What should my summer chicken project be?

Hi friends!

I just finished my last day of school today! I'm trying to find a fun, low pressure chicken project to do around mid-end of June or same time in July. I hatched two Mille Fleur D'uccles this month and might incubate more for a friend this summer. I have 3 standard 1 year old free ranging hens and an Omlet chicken coop in my suburban backyard.

I'd love to hear your ideas!
