what should the humidity be set to???

That's one of those "what works for me" questions. I'm at about the 2200 foot elevation in a pretty dry climate and I keep mine at 30-35 percent for the first 18 days, then I increase it to about 65% for the last few days. That's just what works for me here, though. The only way to know for sure what's best for you in your area is to try different percentages until you start getting consistently good, healthy hatches.
