What show chicken breed

Hello I would like to do showing for chickens. I have 2 easter eggers which would only be a BV and my buffs I dont think could do anything but Backyard and if they even place I will be surprised. What is your favorite breed to show. I was thinking to start with silkies but what do you think?

I don't show chickens so you can take this with a grain of salt.
I raise breeds that aren't recognized. I've been to shows and my advice is to go to large shows and look at the breeds there. I would pick a good heritage breed that isn't overly represented at shows so as a newbie you have a shot.
EEs wouldn't fit that classification.
