What size chick/egg will I get??? PICS

Just out of curiosity....
I have a bantam rooster that likes one of my EEs. He does the "chicken dance" with her every once in a while. Will this make a difference in the size of the eggs or chicks?

Also, I am wondering about the reverse. What if my big Barred Rock roo does the chicken dance with one of the Bantam hens?

The rooster breeding the hen does not affect the size of the egg that she will lay. She's in charge of that.

Bantam/standard crosses generally mature midsize between the two varieties and lay a medium sized egg.

If your barred rock tries to mate the little hen in the last picture, you won't need to worry about egg size.

no it would not change the egg size....but I would be worried about my bantam hens with that huge barred rock rooster....when he gets on top...if they even let him get on top as they are much faster than him...he could hurt them...he could break a rib or a leg or even tear their comb off if he grabs it and most of them time that is where roosters grab.

Thanx to both.... The Barred Rock has not tried to mount the Bantam. It did cross my mind though, because the Bantams and the EEs are about the same age (20 weeks). Barred Rock was only with his own girlfriend (year old game hen) until recently. The younger girls are coming of age..... Also, I really didnt think there would be a difference in egg size, but thought I would ask anyway.
