I'm having trouble figuring out what size cone to get for butchering my meatie birds. I'm planning on doing some Cornish X's in the future, but my main concern right now is my large Brahma roo, who's 10 to 12~ lbs. He's very wide across the breast, and tall. If I were to get an extra large cone, would that still work for smaller birds (the Cornish X)? A couple links on where to buy would be great too :)
Thanks!

There really is no hard and fast rule for one size. All companies seem to make them slightly differently. Most cones I've used made for broilers will fit a pretty wide range. But if you find it's too small for your one biggest bird, then you could always hang the bird by the feet and restrain that way. I raise turkeys every year at the end of broiler season and have never found a cone that turkeys wont destroy while flapping. So I just hang them by the feet now.
