General rule of thumb that's often quoted at BYC is 4 sq. ft. of coop space per bird in the coop and 10 sq. ft. in the run. You say your figures include the run so am guessing the run is 3 x 5 = 15 sq. ft. and that's not large enough for 4 chickens. I have 3 large birds in a tractor and the run is 4 x 10 and it seems small for them. They have a fenced paddock extending from the tractor so are always in the paddock, not in the tractor or run. They only see the inside of the coop when sleeping or laying eggs.
Your coop is 3 x 2 ft = 6 sq. ft. That's pretty small for more than one bird unless they're bantam's.
You might want to see if you can find a way to give them a bit more room. If they're crowded it could lead to pecking issues.
