What snacks DON'T or chickens like???

My babies will not touch pumpkin, apples or cukes. But put a banana outside and watch the food fight begin.

Mine love pumpkin. And it helps with internal parasites. Mine also love apples, but Ive never tried bananas.

Our chickens will not eat Walmart birthday cake. After seeing my chickens avoid it...I think we will too.

When I make an apple pie with the grannys I gave the peels and cores to the girls and they just walked by like what do you want us to do with that, and believe it or not I dug up some big juice earth worms and they wouldn't even touch them, is that crazy or what. Now they like grits (cooked) and raw oatmeal, loves any kind of melons and salad stuff oh except honeydew melons. I don't give them any kind of citrus read somewhere it is one of the no,no foods. Oh yeah mine love meal worms.

I have a picture my husband took of all three of my girls standing on a pile of earth worms looking up. My husband said your chickens are the only chickens who would rather walk on worms then eat them.

My chickens don't like rye bread. Yet, they love white bread!

Cornbread is a great idea. Do you know if they like just corn? Mine love tomatoes, and seem to drink the pulp. It is really hot here now so I am giving them an afternoon snack of cut tomatoes, which are in season at the moment and plenty of them.

of course they like corn! It is one of the main ingredients in Scratch feed

Zucchini, English Muffins, Oatmeal, Strawberries, Raspberries, Apples, Yogurt, and anything hard for them to eat...

We got a HUGE bag of bread from the local bakery that was out of date to sell to humans but my chickens absolutly love it its a good before bed time snack!!

My girls RUN from citrus! They absolutely adore pumpkins, squash, cabbage, yogurt and warm oatmeal!

My chickens (Rhode Island Reds) don't like broccoli, but if I leave it, it will get eaten. They LOVE strawberries, tomatoes and lettuce!
