What such small comb and so behind ?

This is my 5 month old sapphire gem rooster rocky he is the size of my five month old sapphire gem Pullet and his comb and wattle are super small two why ? He’s also not crowing and mating

His brother on the other hand is two times the size of him and he’s the same age but no mating and crowing from him either

Also there spurs are still very small but they are there

Where did you get these?
The one you're asking about doesn't look like a SG. The brother does.
As for comb and waddle size I'd usually say he's probably just maturing slower. Overall size wise idk maybe he's slow to mature which has also slowed his growth or maybe a little bit of failure to thrive when much younger just has him behind.
But after seeing them I'm wondering if maybe he's a different kind of hybrid and not a SG.

Either he's slow maturing or you have a pullet. Can you post picture of his saddle feathers? In any case, everyone matures in their own time, nothing you can do to speed it up. As long as he's otherwise healthy, active and eating well I wouldn't worry

If that's so, then he's just slow maturing. I think he'll be alright
