are you talking about ducklings or adult ducks? duckling kept at brooder temps above 90* can die pretty quick Adult ducks not given adequate places to get out of hot sun and heat can probably die also pretty quick, they need shade and plenty of fresh drinking water during extreme heat just like us. At what temp this would happen I am not sure.
