what temp do you keep eggs at before incubation?

Mine get stored in egg turners in the basement witch is a steady 60 year round. I keep mine for up to 10 days and have had no problems. My last hatch I hatched out 6 that were 15 days old that we're left in my fridge. So you never know!

By chance, did you have more pullets than Cockrells because you had them refrigerated?

What do you look for if you candle before incubation?

There is nothing you can really see except hairline cracks that may be in the shells. To check for fertility I have a few for breakfast.
