I have slate turkeys and one hen started laying. The temps have been going up and down, day temps are in the 50s, night temps have been low 30s. I have picked up 3 eggs outside on the ground but now she is laying inside. Will the eggs be ok at this temp.

I'd eat/or toss any laid outside if the temp. was freezing, or below. Otherwise, the lower the temp. the longer the viability of the egg prior to her triggering incubation by going broody.

Nice bunch.

Collect eggs as soon as possible and bring them to room temperature slowly. Putting cold eggs in an 100 degree incubator causes condensation on the shell and problems. I would let them set small side down for 24 hours and then set them in the incubator. Candle at 10 days and make sure they are growing properly.
