Yes indeed - this time last year we were suffering 'the beast from the east' and under a foot of snow! So I'm just enjoying it while it lasts We are forecast to bask in the same today, before it returns to something like normal (wet and cold) at the end of the week. I just hope it doesn't cause too much damage to plants and insects etc - everything is bursting into life, but there's sure to be more frost before winter/spring's over.

It got to 32°C (~90°F) here today at 5pm. We haven't had any rain for a while and the weeds in the garden are turning dry and crispy. I usually pull a few weeds to give as green yumminess to my girls but this arvo they just turned their beaks up at them. Oh well,.still good as deep litter!
