Can someone tell me what is wrong with this chickens butt??

She has had the runs really bad for some reason. Could be an infection, worms, or a couple other things. Is there build up around the vent too or just in the feathers?

You need to wash her thoroughly or cut all that off. It would be easier just to cut off the feathers. Careful not to clip the skin. If you don't get it off flys can lay eggs in the mess and maggots will start in. Then you will have a much more serious problem.

Once you get it off make sure there are no sores under there.
