I believe it also could be a EE, because I have a blue EE, and she has always been my largest chicken. almost the size of my Buff Orpington Rooster. But yours does not quite have the same look. But it is a possibility.
EE is the easy answer because it's a mutt!!! But I have noticed a LOT of people saying "oh, it's an EE" on some birds that don't have any characteristics of an EE... or more importantly, very clearly fit a standard for something else. EEs are all the rage these days...

It's really hard to breed a blue or black bird that doesn't have slate legs. For most breeds, it's acceptable for blue, splash and black to have slate legs, even if the SOP calls for yellow for all other colors.
