I visited the poop link. It is a great source. So yesterday they had intestinal lining in their poop, today they had the little white worms. Will CAYENNE powder get rid of all worms or just some?

You don't want to kill all the worms at first with an infestation like this. It'll cause your birds to either clog with dying worms, or to go into anaphylactic shock from all the dead worms. Do Wazine first as it's only roundworm killing. That'll get rid of a bunch, but not all. THEN follow up with ivermectin.

Again when you worm, worm with Wazine 17 (aka Piperazine 17) - first. You don't want to kill them all, but you do want to kill some. Then go back in 6 weeks with ivermectin. THEN go to natural preventatives.

Edited to add: Believe me, I'm all about naturally helping the birds rather than chemicals. I've been using DE, vitamin E, ACV, and probiotics for years and years. But having been doing this for years and years, I know when it's time to break out the chemicals. And this is the time. If you don't, you're going to lose birds.

these birds are carrying a heavy load of worms..and they could be causing some bleeding/intestine sloughing..

Wazine 17 or Piperazine 17..

I posted the link for source of broader wormers.

keep an eye on the droppings for more blood..
could have a case of cocci also...some sort of enteritis..as dlh posted.

heavy loads of round worms can do some damage.
but I think I would stop the DE for a while and see..

Again, and I don't usually throw this out, but I worked at a vet clinic - I've had chickens since I was six. These are worms. They need to be treated with wazine or piperazine - wait at least a month - then treat with ivermectin or another two spread out rounds of wazine.
