What the heck is this???

So will I see those two things in just a normal egg? Like if I just crack it open will I be able to see it?
Yes, if you're cracking eggs for scrambling, frying, etc you will see inclusions like this in the whites or surface of yolk. That's why many of us recommend cracking eggs one at a time and inspecting when putting them in batter or a scramble.
