What the HECK??

After closer inspection today, there is a pile of new hay, so now I know they have food. They have always had water. Ken pointed out to me that the materials to build the shelter have been in a pile next to the corral for a few weeks now. I am just hoping they are waiting for help or something reasonable. I seriously HATE the idea of calling on them. If they don't start building it soon though, I am gonna ask Ken to go down and offer to help them.

I keep saying down - our house is only two properties over (empty lot in between us) but we are about 50 feet higher than they are.

Oh yes, very possible. I have decided that this weekend I am gonna make some cookies and take some to them and talk to them about the animals. I need to see what they are used to because they are Hispanic, probably first generation, and there are major cultural differences there. I do not want to get someone in trouble just because they didn't get it. You guys have been a great help!!!! Again.
