I had a duck like that. I think it's a form of scoliosis.

how can we tell the difference between scoliosis and wry neck? does it show differently in the chest area or from behind? I have a little understanding of both conditions in humans, but haven't had experience with it manifesting in ducks yet

I know with mine her neck is crooked and she holds her wings in the wrong position. If I didn't tape her legs I doubt she would have been able to walk at all. She came out of the egg all twisted up. She is still doing ok though except for looking a little wonky.
