What time should I bring my quail chicks outside?

I have Coturnix quail chicks and they are not yet ready to be outside, but I wanted to know in advanced, what the best age would be to go outside in the aviary

Once they are fully feathered, like you would with chickens.

Just remember if you're dealing with cold temperatures they may need to acclimate/grow denser feathers and also they won't take shelter from wind/rain or go in the coop to sleep so depending on your aviary you may need to modify it to keep them protected
