What to breed with my EE

They are definitely laying light brown (one kind of pinkish, the other just tan). The rooster was a Blue Wheaten Ameraucana from a local breeder:

Maybe the Blue Wheatens still have some genetic impurities in the egg color dept. Believe me, I was surprised. I thought I would get green or blue eggs, guaranteed.

I got the rooster from BYC member Tailfeathers. He breeds Wheaten and Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas (in addition to a couple other breeds).

We all know Ameraucanas are supposed to lay blue eggs only, but sometimes they have a tinge of green. Doesn't this indicate brown egg-laying somewhere in the genetic background?

I think i want to breed her with a lavender rooster (most likely phoenix cuz thats the only breed i will have in lav). When i breed lav to white will they be lav split or all lav?
