Have you tried a garden sprinkler misting in a small area of their run or area they free range in? This works for us when temps approach 100. Also plastic fake cement on cinder blocks for additional shade. They also climb on it and play.

Its 95 degrees here not including humidity makes it over 100

Tarps cover my whole run so shades not a problem since so many of my young ones died I give them a frozen watermelon rindes every day...

They have sand to dig in every day its cold under the layers...they can dust bath in it too
