What to do on hatch day

2 of my eggs are hatching technically today is day 22... i had a lot of trouble with temps. I can hear a baby peeping already but its not close to being out of the shell is this normal?
That's a good sign and normal yes :) I love when they do that. They sound so impatient and anxious to get out of the shells. How is the hatch going now?

Well as of last night, a 3rd egg pipped, and I *believe* it was the squeaker, it fully hatched this morning at 7:45 - 10 minutes after i left for work leaving my sister the only one to have seen it yet. I did get to see the egg rocking back and forth, and hear its protests before leaving though.

I worry about the other 2 eggs that had pipped... they've made no further progress since last night... I am going to go home at lunch and check on everybody.... Fingers crossed, but at this point, I'll be happy even if I just get one hatched!

I've had chicks take up to 18 hours from pipping to completing the hatch. As long as they are alive and not showing signs of distress try not to worry. Hoping though that you will get home to two more hatched later!

Im just a bit nervous i guess because i literally counted the egg shards that came off when pipping and it hasnt moved in probably already 18hrs :( i know they dont all make it, but my hopes got up super high when i saw them pipping. Like I said, even if I get 1, i'll be happy, we had SOOOO much trouble with this rotten incubator from the start.

I remove them as soon as they are dry, but you can leave them in there for awhile too. It's recommended to not open the incubator too much, as it messes with the humidity and temperature in there, but if you're quick, you can safely remove a chick or two now and then without disrupting things too much.

2 hatched! Can i remove them if theyre not dry? They are going nuts in there knocking around the other eggs

I would leave them, I had chicks doing that, I just checked on the eggs every few minutes ( I know you might not have time to do that) and if they got rolled over then I would put them back upright. Mine dried within a couple of hours. I'm sure @sumi will have better advice though.
