What to do, what to do...

Day 20. This time is nothing like the last and I feel like everything is taking a turn downhill. There was a chick that pipped two days ago. No progress so I widened the hole. It struggled all day but popped it's head out. I noticed that the lining was stuck to it. I carefully was able to wet it and get it out. It's still struggling. I highly doubt it makes it. It also has a horrible smell. In fact the entire incubator stinks.

Two others had pipped and they died. I checked for sounds, movements, etc. Their little beaks were lifeless.

I have a few more that have pipped today and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I'm thinking it's probably due to bacteria invading the chicks yolk causing Mushy Chick Disease.
Did any of them look like this? Mine survived.

Maybe. The lining was brown/yellow and it smelled awful. The smell is like nothing I've ever smelled.

I did clean it. We had three bad eggs that made it smell.
