I have not cleaned my coop since November and their is good reasoning for it every time I get a chance it snows and the poop freezes and then you might as well get a chisel and hammer. The odor is horrible, plus its pilling up, what do you do?

I haven't cleaned mine out since last spring

NO smells tho. I do the deep litter method and add pine shavings every three to four weeks. WHat do you use for bedding?

Suck it up and get out the chisel!!! Then try sprinkling some bedding or sand on the dropping boards...won't stick nearly as bad if you do. I clean daily, so the poop stalagmites and poopcycles don't build up to begin with...the dropping boards make it really quick.

Hmmm, I cleaned mine in November, added 3 bags of shavings and DE. I added DE once since then. I don't have poop boards. I have 25 chickens in an 10 x 12, with free ranging. They have been hanging around the house since there's 12" of packed snow outside

. But, there isn't an odor in the house. Ventilation is open, pop door is open (during day only) and it's gonna be wind chill -5 tonight. Bedding is not frozen, the chickens keep it turned and i flip the bedding once/twice week.
what are you using for bedding?

Do you have a basecoating of straw or anything covering the floor? I have approx. 4" of straw covering the floor of my coop. Makes it easy, frozen poop or not, I just pull it all out with my garden rake, then give the floors a quick sweep, and break open a new bale of straw.
My birds act like kids on Christmas morning when they:cd see that new bale of straw waiting for them!

. Well, that's just my short cut. I use the old straw for grass seed & lawn fertilizer . We're still tryig to coax the field hay to sprout and act like lawns each spring. This is our 4th Spring here! we are so excited, just watching everything turn green!
