One of my runner ducklings got bitten by my cat and had three punctures on the top of the head and both of under the eyes two days after hatching. She pulled through, and she is now four weeks old. She is significantly smaller than the rest (because she missed eating and getting sufficient nutrients on her third day???) and her head is always facing the left side and seems like she is putting her weight on the right side as she walks. She can walk, run, swim, eat and drink without an issue. She can twist her neck to the right side when she is grooming but otherwise her head is always locked to the left side. My guess is it is caused by the injury. Is there any way I can fix the problem... making a brace for her neck or something like that? Or it is unfortunate but leave her as it is?
