What to do with a ringnecked pheasant?

I think it's one of those rules where everone has to suffer because some people are irresponsible. I'm pretty sure most people would notice if their tom was breeding wild turkeys and try to stop it.

I raise ringnecks and you need a gamebird license to raise them. It's probably no big deal with only one just letting you know though.

There are also regulations in some states prohibiting the release or allowing co-mingling of captive and wild game birds.
