My duck went broody last month and yesterday hatched 10 ducklings and I don't know what to do with them, I don't want to keep them because I currently do not have the space but what is best to do because I will be selling them! do I leave her to raise them for a couple of weeks or take them now and sell them and then the person who buys them will obviously have to have a heat lamp for them, but I just dont know what to do!

any ideas?

Well, they are here!

First, are mother and ducklings in a separate, safe space where other ducks cannot harass or harm them?

Next, have you lined up homes for the ducklings yet? If not, think about how you want to offer them. There have been some good posts on the forum about how to handle that. I think Miss Lydia has experience and so does iamcuriositycat. You might try sending them private messages to ask, and you might try a search of the forum archives for information.

Let me see if I can turn anything up.

I am sorry if this sounds nasty, but if you didn't want them, why did you let her hatch them?
I commend you for wanting to do what is right for them. Finding good homes is not easy. So I wish you luck.
