What to do with leftover ham from boiled dinner?

I would make a Bean Soup!

Fill your pot with water, just enough to cover the bones. adding celery, onions, and boil it together until the meat falls off the bone. Before adding to the soup stock, pan fry your potatoes and carrots to help keep the potatoes from falling apart during stewing. Add one 32 oz can of tomato sauce and simmer. I only use garlic salt and pepper for seasoning. I boil separately a cup of elbow macaroni, rinse in cold water, then add to soup stock, along with cabbage and kidney beans. Sure makes a tasty pot of soup!

Yum... great ideas guys! Thanks!
