How old are the chickens in question?

About 10 weeks. I won't do do anything until I know for sure

At 10 weeks I’d think you already know.
Two of my Naked Necks were obvious cockerels at 3 weeks old.
Noticeably larger combs that were already getting pink.
Now at 6 weeks it’s still pretty obvious.
My bantam Cochin, on the other hand, still has a smaller yellow comb but he crowed at only 4 weeks old!
I have one NN that I’m not sure about. The comb is kind of large but not pink like the other two.
This one is just as big as the boys and just as aggressive.

10 weeks still can be tough to tell I have a 2 9 week olds I’m still questioning but I don’t know much about naked necks. Don’t own any Cochins either...... good luck.
