What to do with partially blind chicken?

I have a completely blind hen. Leave her in the coop with the feed and water always in the same place. She is one of my best layers and looks great. I give her chicks for company and monitor to be sure they don't become aggressive to her.

Okay! I think I am still going to try to save her eye with this eye gel that people recommend so just in case I could do anything to help her.
