I will be doing meat birds this spring/summer, and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do with the "waste" which processing them? Can I bury heads and guts in the garden? Could I compost them in their own pile with dirt and hay?

    What does everyone else do?

I usually burred it in the past. A few times I took the bucket full of waste to my uncles woods and just dumped it so the critters could eat it. At this point its so much more efficient to pay a few bucks and let someone else take care of everything.

We compost it. Bury it in some straw or shavings and it will heat up and break down rather rapidly.
