What to do with roo

My roo hes an ee is chasing my hens grabbing and pulling out head feathers just to mate he like forces them to mate as none want to. He dont do any dance or anything. Its getting to the point where my hens are scared of him and two of my sex link hens have bald heads.

Well, he's not going to stop. You can either get rid of him or separate him from the hens until they mature.

The hens are over a year. I think i might send him to freezer camp.

He also needs to mature. The crock pot might very well help with that.

Every rooster I have ever owned has been like this, and I gave every one of them away. I cannot and will not tolerate that behavior. My hens deserve a better life than that. I would get rid of him ASAP.
