What to do with the 3/8 eggs that haven’t hatched?

Our silkie has hatched 5 wonderful hens and she seems like she’s spending all her time off of the 3 eggs remaining. Does that mean she’s done with them? Do we need to throw them out in a few days?

I mean like from that behavior, is she done with them and ready to raise the other 5 and not hatch more?

Generally if they have left the nest and out with the ones they have it means she is done sitting.
