what to do with turkey eggs

i ve had a tom royal palm for a year now i found a hen for him about 3 months ago i ve seen them take care of business twice and she has laid 5 eggs in the last 6 days should i leave them in the nest box for her to sit on or should i collect them and incubate them they both free range on 3 acres with my chickens so im suprised she actually laid them in the shed dedicated just to the 2 of them so im not sure how many she will lay or if she will sit on them im guessing she is 10 months old

She should start sitting them once she has about 10-16 eggs I'm guessing. If she doesn't then incubate them.

I'm doing both! Actually, I ate the first few just to try them out, then I took 8 to incubate and she's sitting on 12 more. If you want her to incubate them, don't worry, she will sit.

If you want her to keep laying then pick them up! If you don't, she will go broody and stop laying. So its up to you and what you want.
