What to do with unwanted roos ???

I also struggle with this conundrum. I have TOO many roosters hanging around. and I think that once I do the butcher/eat thing once it'll be easier. Eggs come from chickens and I love them. But you know what CHICKEN comes form chickens!

I'm getting to that point soon also. I have 3 roos, 2 starting to crow a bit, so it will be time for the table soon. Do I want to eat the fruits of my labor? yes. Will it be an easy thing emotionally to do the firt time? no. But...it is all part of keeping chickens. In fact, I'd like to get more and process the roos after I get past the initial mental block.
