What to do with used pellets

I live in the California high desert and after reading a few posts I added some pine pellets to my run to hopefully keep the entire run from turning into a mud bath. Now that our rain is gone what do I do with all the leftover sawdust?

Let it compost, or shoel ot out and let it compost

If it absorbed poop and urine from the chickens, it will make excellent fertilizer for a garden or trees. Some people even sell it by the bucket on FB as organic fertilized mulch.
