What to do without Oxine?? **Moved**

I tried to order some Oxine from Revival but it's backordered indefinitely. Revival said they were having problems with the containers leaking and bursting so the manufacturer has halted shipments until they figure out what to do. I checked another couple of places and found backorders there as well. What else can I use to put in chicken and horse waterers? There is a big difference in the amount of cleaning to do without Oxine.

Apparently I'm not the only one who doesn't know what it is. I just clean waterers and tanks occasionally.

I know what it is, but.....
I only occasionally clean waterers and rarely with any cleanser/sanitizer (10% bleach if I do).
Maybe it's more necessary down there in the south?
But my waterers are closed containers with horizontal nipples,
so way less likely to get dirty and no organisms floating in and growing in water
