What to expect when expecting order from hatchery......

That's pretty poor service from a big hatchery. You would think with such a big operation that they would have their things in order, no stickers with 'live animal' or even 'fragile'? Not to mention they skimped out on extra heating pads which caused the death of more than half the chicks you ordered...... if they were trying to save money on that, I'm sure the consumers would be more than happy to pay a small additional fee for extra heating pads during winter time so long as the chicks have a better chance of surviving shipment!
