What do I feed 13 3-4 day old chicks and Hen found in pasture

Go to TSC or a feed store and get a bag of grower/starter chick feed.

Right now, be SURE they have water.

Do you have any prior experience with chickens? Do you have any neighbors who have chickens? You need something to keep them in, and a heat source.

Shouldn't need heat source if hen is taking care of them and sounds like she is if they are 3 to 4 days old. I would give them chick starter like @Sally PB has said. And just free ranging without predator proof run or coop they are at risk of predators.
