What to feed A old Rooster

HI fellow members,I have a old rooster that seems very slow i have taken a look at him he seems fine and eats and drinks fine but he is old. what can i do to make him more energetic is there something to give him a feed or something i can mix in his water or a natural solution. Don't feed him layer pellets. He should be on flock raiser it has less calcium which is better for him. You might also put some vitamins children's polyvisol without irmon in his water or make him some wet mash with yogurt.
