What to feed before culling the chicken?

I have a barred rock roo, im sure hes not a meat bird, so he feels a little on the light side. Is there anything i can feed him for the next week or two to bulk him up a little? I have oats. And i was thinking to get some corn. But im not sure if that woukd just make for a fatty bird. Any suggestions?

If he's over a year old, there isn't much to be done. He's as big as he is going to get. And high calorie foods will just make fat, not muscle.

He is about 6 months. But looks full size. I guess if thats as big as hes going to get then oh well! Thank you!

Yeah, pretty much what you see is what you're going to get at this point. There's not much you can feed them to add muscle in a short period of time. I think corn can add a layer of fat under the skin, but not actual meat.
