I did a search and couldn't find a specifically clear answer to this question (unless I'm an idiot and am blind, which is possible) what do I feed ducks for laying??? I read that someone gave their ducks all purpose poultry and then supplemented with oyster shell, but what about feeding them chicken layer pellets and oyster shell??? Can they eat chicken layer feed??? Thanks, guys, and sorry if this is a double post.....

My muscovy hen has been laying great this year (did not miss a day for three months). We feed her laying pellets, as she is in the same pen as the ducks. However, I also freerange and she gets a lot of bugs also.

so just regular chicken layer feed??? Nothing special for ducks??? Wow, that makes everything sooooo much simpler, I was so not looking forward to having to buy two separate feeds!!! Thanks, everyone!!!
