What to feed flock with baby chicks?

Hi Fellow BYCers,

I have a broody hen that has been sitting on a clutch of eggs for almost 20 days now.
I have never hatched my own eggs using the mother hen and was wondering
what do I feed the flock with chicks present?

I know that the chicks cannot have the layer pellets, and that the hens need the layer
pellets.

What is the best thing to use to meet both the adult hens and the chicks
nutritional needs?

Non medicated Starter.
Grower
All Flock or Flock Raiser
All these are feeds, without high calcium, in varying percentage of protein. Any or all will work just fine.
Just offer the layers shells on the side, as the little ones don't normally show much interest.
