Just leave the broody mama and the eggs alone. Touching them during hatch is the worst thing to do. The more you touch and higher the chances that they end up crushed or injured.

Agreed but sounds like at this point it's too late for that, unfortunately.

I just moved it to the incubator, mama's still on egg3 and egg4

The incubator will do as a temporary measure but do you have somewhere you can set up as a brooder? You'd generally need a heat lamp or heat plate but I have no idea how warm it is where you are.

I have a brooder, I put a spray chick wound thing on it it getting better
