what to feed my 1yr. old pekins

I have a white Pekin duck, a mallard and a female brown one. I get their feed at a milling place by me like pellets. But do they need anything else to eat??? Do they eat anything almost like chickens??? I heard they love lettuce so I've been giving them that once in a while.

You can feed them waterfowl feed or gamebird feed. I feed mine layer feed, just like I would for chickens. I also add oats to their feed.
